Shipping is calculated based on the location and box processing can take 1-3 business days prior to shipping. Applicable duties and taxes may apply to your order.
Canada – Standard Shipping, Free
US – Standard Shipping, flat rate of $29
Mexico – Standard Shipping, flat rate of $49
We accept orders through the website around the clock, every day of the year, however our Headquarters are open Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm Mountain Time so orders will only be processed during these times. We are closed on Canadian statutory holidays.
By ordering goods from Palette Archives, you hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by Palette Archives to act as your agent, to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear your merchandize and account for applicable duties and taxes.

Cancellations
If you have placed an order and it has not yet shipped, it can be cancelled by contacting our Customer Service team at orders@palettearchives.com. This email is monitored Monday – Friday between 9am – 5pm MST.
